The purpose of this page on our website is to give you an idea of cost you will be looking at for using our lawn care and landscaping services here in Northern Kentucky. We are a small, local business and all prices will be finalized and agreed upon by yourself and Yard Designs, before any work is performed.

Depending on the size of your lawn, typically, our mowing services start at $45 per visit and includes everything you would expect – mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing off the grass clippings.  

Our general lawn maintenance and leaf removal services scope of work vary greatly from job to job.  Our leaf removal service includes us collecting and removing the fallen leaves from your lawn and landscape.  These services are billed hourly at $80 per man hour and a $35 dump fee. The minimum charge is $200 which includes up to 2 man hours of work after that time we will bill at the hourly rate.

Front yard landscape designs start at $500.  This is for a professional computer generated landscape design picturing the plants in your new landscape and all plant names.  We work closely with you to give you what you want. Don’t know where to start, we can help you with ideas.

Landscape installation is another service that has many variables, but to get you an idea, the typical front yard landscape we install starts at $4000.

Our shrub pruning and landscape cleanup services start at $425.  We provide all of the equipment and completely remove all debris from your property.  We are happy to swing by and provide you with your official quote upon request.

A beginning lighting project of the front yard would include 6 spotlights, 5 path lights and a 150-watt transformer with a photocell. The cost for material and installation is $2,800.
